The waiting system was organized and quick paced. My family and I were able to purchase every item we wanted, and Lauriani made the transactions a breeze.

My sales associate, Hector Santiago, was very knowledgable and patient throughout the transaction. I didn't expect to spend an entire hour at the store but it flew by having his assistance. He helped me choose the perfect charms and was not pushy when recommending his favorites. I also appreciated his advice and how he was able to make my piece come together in a more organized manner. It was a very pleasant experience!

There was high customer volume but the store staff managed it in an orderly fashion. The sales assistant located exactly what I wanted and sized me accordingly.

Help selecting the merchandise the sales associate was very friendly and very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something that I really wasn’t interested in.

The staff was really friendly and worked effeciently. Even after having an overwhelming amount of customers they did their best to reach everyone. They even had a rude customer there at the very end who was giving them a hard time about having a list and kept bashing the store and how they did things which I believe is the bad everyone was following a list she just felt entitled and the employees still gave her great service and took her. I believe the four employees closing that Sunday deserve a reward for being patient and handling that situation so well. And I hope if she does leave a bad comment you disregard she had no right to be that rude and that entitled. If I buy a charm again which I probably will I'll return to this location thank you

I went to this location on Thursday Dec 19 and I was very disgusted by the manager Kerry I think that was her name ..... The store was closing and I was waiting in line for 1 hour and she told one of the associates do you think she’s really going to buy something I went home very upset . The following 2 days day I went to the mall to pick up a couple of Christmas gift I made the line again ..... the associate that took care of me Melissa was her name she took great care of me answered every single question and took great care of and made sure I was very satisfied !!!
