I have personally never shopped at Pandora before. I had entered looking for a birthday gift for a dear friend. Karen was quite kind and I had given her a general idea as to what I was interested in finding. She pulled out the perfect charm on her first go. Throughout the entire visit, she was friendly, courteous and honestly, quite funny. My experience with Karen was like conversing with a longtime friend and she never missed a beat during our conversation. She is a true asset to this location and I would go out of my way to shop there again.

I had an return to make. Despite the store being BUSY a supervisor named Ashley took the time to explain to me my options and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was the only person in the store. Because of her assistance, I will only visit this location and ask for her specifically!

Sandra was super nice went above and beyond to help me choose a birthday gift for my mother and also helped me sign up for a credit card. She was very helpful.

The employees are never in a rush. They let customers take their time in looking for what they need. Excellent service overall.
