Got a gift for my sister in law it was quick and easy transaction.

The sales associate was very friendly. She approached me as soon as I arrived the store and gave me several options on what to buy since it's my first time. She has the patience on showing me all the selections since it took me a while to decide what to buy

The store was very clean. I got great service as well. I love all the products they offer.

I went into Pandora to get the new Dumbo charm. The store was nice and bright. I was happy I’m was only one other customer in there.

I returned a ring to polish and was serviced by the store manager named Hector. His professionalism and Excellence was way above what I expected and exactly what I needed for this piece of jewelry that was a gift for my mother. He even provided some advice on how to keep the ring from tarnishing and recommended that I purchase a jewelry cloth— which I did. I will absolutely return to the Pandora store in Willowbrook for future purchases.
