Sales people are very pleasant, and very friendly

When I walked into the store an associate approach me and I inquired about a particular charm, which she said they did not have. However, another Associate named Mark over heard the conversation and looked for the item in a different finish I was highly satisfied with his knowledge of the different charms and his willingness to help.

Sandy (149600) at the willowbrook location was amazing . she had patience with me we shared a couple of laughs . I would recommend this location to anyone

The assosciates were very nice and extremely helpful. They took there time with you and not once felt like you were rushed because they had a waiting list.
