I was in the store at a time where there was not a long wait for assistance. The jewelry was displayed very nicely too

The store that i went it was located in willowbrook. And the sales associate helped me a lot to mind the perfect ring for me and my mother .

I came into the store because one of the charms was stuck on my bracelet and would not move. When the manager tried to get it off, the bracelet broke and I was given a new one at no charge. I appreciated the associate's apologies and told her it wasn't a big deal, they did what they should have. Customer service these days seems to have slipped and I appreciate how I was treated here.
