We went into the store because my husband bought charms online from a scam site. We needed to get it verified that they were fake in order to dispute the charge with our credit card company. The sales associate was very helpful and the manager filled out our paperwork. When we were done the sales associate helped me when I picked out the 2 charms I bought. She was very courteous and helpful!
