I searched before I went to the store so I knew exactly what I wanted and when I asked for the item all I had to do was shoe the sales rep a pic from my Pandora app. The only problem was that they didn't have one of the items I wanted but I'll just get it next time.

There was amazing customer service. The only problem was that there wasn't a wide arrange of rings available in my ring size of 8.5. They were sold out of many rings.

Love the store, always easy to find a gift as well as something for myself. Staff is extremely helpful with selection.
