I was disappointed in the small selection that was left in the store. I had picked out a few items from the catalog none of which they had in the store, most items were sold out. They should have planned accordingly due to the holiday and restocked.

I was impress with the Customer service, Knownledge, and Helpfulness making my Decision very Easy..... I was also Very Happy that The Pandora Store Had Military Charm for my Wife, and Graduation Charm for my Daughter....

I was extremely satisfied with store manager Michele Clark. I had called the store after horrible dealings with pandora online. Michele went over and above to help me get my order straight She was able to do the exchange and also do a special order and even gave me a 20% discount My experience with pandora online was so awful. They never answer the phones they take too long to respond to emails and when they do it is all a disaster. If it were not for Michele and my experience at her store I may have given up all together on Pandora Needless to say I will never shop pandora online again!!! Thanks to Michele Clark for all of your help !!!!
