Despite the store being extremely crowded, I was taken care of almost immediately. The store clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She answered my questions, showed me products and, just in general, made my first visit to Pandora a very enjoyable experience.

The personnel was extremely friendly and handling the large crowd as best they could. I found they knew the merchandise but had a lot of unavailable items due to the amount of people making purchases.
