I was very satisfied in the service

Because I was sold a charm clip that doesn’t fit any of my bracelets and I was told it would so now I have to drive back and return it.

The experience was good in that I knew what I wanted and it was there. Not saying all, but some employees don’t make that experience “highly satisfying” compared to others

I was satisfied with my experience shopping in your store, some of the items are a little pricey. Over all my experience in your store was good.

I had to wait quiet of time for someone to help me

My saleperson Alexis T. was not helpful with my broken chain I brought into the store. She was very rude and dismissive of me. My product was less than one year old and should have qualified for warranty. Luckily Bre was nice enough to take over and sold me a new necklace chain. I was even able to get my necklace charm cleaned. I was disappointed to learn Alexis T. is a manager of this store. She is not a good example of a leader.

Pandora doesn't have a good selection of gold plated charms. There are too many charms in silver metal. You must have to have variety of charms for birthday in gold plated please so I can come back. Thank you!

A lot of the charms I was interested in on this particular trip were out of stock which I found to be weird with such a big promotion on the buy 2 get 1 free deal would have thought would have more stock the weekend right before Valentines
