Pandora Jewelry

I got my first bracelet in August and been hooked ever since. One of the selling points with every piece you purchase is the warranty. One of my daughter's charms on her bracelet broke. Since we were always told "just come back if anything happens" that's what I did. I was surprised to find out I was told right away that I would have to repurchase the $90 charm. I questioned the warranty, questioned the "repair" that is offered on the website, and was told they don't do repairs. After the associate helping me spoke with 2 managers, they agreed to swap out the charm as a "one-time deal". I really do appreciate that they did that for me but I also asked they be more honest while selling and explain what the warranty covers. The associate did explain that only bent pieces, or broken metal is covered, not like our charm that they considered "came apart". I thought broken meant broken, but ok. Again, I do appreciate the help and will still shop at Pandora :)

Great service. Line was a bit long but worth the wait. Will def come back.

well i love pandora from the beginning because my friend introduce that to us and it looks classy and always in in aspect of fashion i believe this will be a highly recomended

It was an overall great experience, but I was not swept off my feet. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable but I would love if the service was a bit quicker.
