Anaya B. Was rude and completely by passed us knowing that we were the next customer to be taken care. Spoke with assistant manager to file complaint.

I was satisfied, that’s all to it. I’ve shopped Pandora for years; this fact should be satisfactory enough.

I was overall pretty satisfied with my visit. my sales associate was amazing she was so friendly and extremely helpful the only issue i ever have at the location i go to is that there’s just a few people in the store and i always have to wait outside of the store until a person leaves. i understand if the store is crowded but everytime i go it never is and has maybe max 5 people so i find it to be annoying and sort of an inconvenience because i can be looking at what i may want to purchase or browsing for things i dont always need an associate to help

I wish the sales associate was more helpful, more knowledgeable about the product, more customer service

We went in knowing exactly which item we wanted & got it. There really wants much to it. Very straightforward. Didn’t even have time to look around.

Be able to go in and get what I want and go with no problems

There are no sports charms. Place is tiny and cramped. Hard to really look at displays

The saleswoman was in a bit of a rush-I was still able to purchase but didn’t get to look around.
