The employees looked like they did not want to be there. & one of them were rude

Sales associate was nasty and unhelpful. Once I asked for store manager, problem was resolved

The purchase felt rushed. Although she was very kind and helpful because there was a like and the store is linked to how many people go inside, that added pressure to our purchase.

The lines were long. It took us about half hour to get in the store. They only have 4 sales associate. Although they took their time to make sure every customers gotten what they wanted. Hopefully after the holidays it wouldn’t be so long

Not enough staff for the holidays. I have to Wait more than a hour in line.

Waited on line for over an hour outside the store only allowed 3 people in at a time-

Just a little too pricey

I was really disappointed that i couldn't purchase the tree ornament that holds the charm. I was told its only for customers who open a credit card with them. I feel this should be available for anyone just like it was last year
