There was a problem with the engraving machine. It did take sometime to fix but the sales associates didn’t give up. It finally worked and they were able to engrave!

The line was long and the wait was too long. I believe more assistance would have been better. The representative was very pleasant, professional and friendly.

I have a gold bracelet with for a lack of a better word has crystals in it. I brought it about 2 years ago and one of the crystal fell out. Finally went to Pandora and they said it was pass the warranty date, COVID kept me away. Not fair. Bracelet cost over 200 dollars. Not good business, I buy a lot of your product.

They don't tell you how to take care of your pandora and you need more staffing and more for men to buy too not just women

I had to wait several minutes before a sales associate was available and the store was not that busy. A girl from the back came out and she was very nice and helpful.

Because they allow 5 customers in at a time, I think it should be sales associate to accommodate each person as opposed to have you waiting to be serviced which can take 30min or more per customer

The sales associate wasn’t as friendly. She talked super fast and acted like I should have known about this stuff. At times seemed annoyed with my questions. I even asked her if she wants someone else to help me. And it wasn’t busy at all and no line waiting to get in.

The associate that assisted me was very patient & knowledgeable about the products. The endless options can be overwhelming. I liked that she took her time & was not in a rush to get me out & the next person in.
