Satisfied with sales and service - but I think if my online order from the black friday was cancelled I should be given the same discount for similar item (charm to my bracelet) on line or at the store - but it was not given to me. The black Friday discount was 30%.

The merchandise was displayed well and easy to see. Sales representative was attentive and brought me just what I was looking for . She was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Did not have to wait that long in line. Sales girl was very friendly and nice. I explained how much I wanted to spend and she was very helpful. Also about exchanging if the bracelet did not fit. She made sure I got a gift receipt. Very helpful.
