The long line outside the store, the short staff for like a half hour wait, and I didn’t really see them spray disinfect spray due to the amount of ppl coming in & out due to sale promotion.

I knew what i wanted before I got to store and was happy that they had what I wanted.

The lady that help me was nice she answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was OK but I do not like does she did not want to clean my merchandise She act like she didn’t wanna touch me but I can understand we’re in a global pandemic

It was a great experience in Pandora each time I go. However, it’s never made me so highly satisfied. More of a personal thing but the store is great, clean, and has many selections!

Waited a half hour in line to get into store, because of the line I felt a little rushed once inside. The woman who was assisting people in line was nicer and more helpful than Sales Assoc inside, which was surprising because the Sales Assoc inside helped me once before and was much more interested in helping me then. She did help, its just like she was going through the motions this time. I will probably go back to this store again, perhaps she just had an off day. It happens to all of us at times.

I was just not comfortable as the in store staff was not friendly Maybe because I was looking for a particular item. I would like to say that the mature associate working outside with the customers in line is very nice and delightful. She made the waiting bearable. But the associates in side could learn from her. I found the pieces I wanted thanks to her and she lead me over to the counter.

I wasn't "Highly satisfied" overall, SIMPLY because NOTHING IS Perfect. And the things I took "issue" are TOO minute in the Grand scheme of things.
