Everything was good

The sales associate gave me a hint attitude when I asked what other charms they have for Moms. I stood in one spot the whole visit, nothing else was suggested to me and when I first entered, I was NOT acknowledged. I had to walk up to the sales associate so she can tell me to wait for someone to show up.

I don’t think anyone is ever highly satisfied, it was good I had a great experience but it was just a regular shopping experience to me.

The items i purchased are a bit expensive. However I do understand that the quality of the items are top notch and if I ever need them cleaned I can bring them in for free

Because there’s always room for improvement and each day you can do better than yesterday

Prices are too high for the charms.

This was my second time coming to the store due to a malfunction of the bracelet, unfortunately a staff member made it seen Like i was doing this on purpose due to being there once before for an exchange on the bracelet.

Pandora is great. Great service. Music may be a little loud but it’s okay. The associate had forgotten about the free gift so he had to return my item to re ring it up to be able to add the free gift.

They didn’t have a charm a was looking for for a birthday gift but I love pandora Marta was berry helpful and great I definitely recommend it
