Store was very hot and sales girl was obviously very busy felt like she didn’t want to spend a lot of time with me. Better I go back after the holidays.

No reason I was satisfied

The sales associate was patient with me and helped re-activate my card. We called synchrony bank because I had not uses the card in over 30 days.

Great location, quick service and great prices for what I purchased

One of the sales persons lies about the availability of getting my charms clean. Instead of saying it was too close to closing, she said the machine was broke. Then someone came in to pick up jewelry that had been cleaned

I wanted to see more selections specifically for the "Disney" collection

There were some things in my price range in the “last chance” area that are basically hidden and and you need to really push to be shown that merchandise. I knew about it from shopping on line but at this store, I went the day before and they told me they didn’t have any last chance bracelets!

All the charms I wanted were sold out .

I wished to see more smiling faces... Your staff is too serious.....☹

Overall, my experience at Pandora was great. The only downside I experienced was when I was not able to get a warrantee on the product I purchased because it was going out of style and no more of that product will be made in the future.
