At first this location did not have my size. Other then that I was highly satisfied with my visit.

The line was out the door. Had to wait over 30 minutes to be serviced. Standing!

The location didn't have the charm Available that I was looking for, overall Jessica was very professional and friendly.

There were several people on the sign in waiting list at front of store. A woman who clearly signed in after me said something to a sales person, and that woman, who turned out to be purchasing a gift certificate, was taken right away by the next sales person before the next person on the list. Someone said, oh yea, that's because they were doing a quick transaction. When it was my turn, I said to my sales guy, "that was clearly wrong" regardless of the transaction, considering the wait time for others. The response was basically nothing but just a quick, "Ok, how may I help you. Basically disregarding my statement nor addressing my concern. Or an explanation. I had to ask him after my transaction. Although my purchase went ok, I was very unhappy with this policy, if in fact that is store policy/ EVERYONE should wait their turn!!! What if I had a tight time schedule?

Store was too small , too crowded, we had to sign in and wait a very long time to be called.

Only 3 sales associates working

My only problem was that the store was crowed and children were sitting all over the floor making it hard to walk around and the wait was very long.

1. The salesperson was personable and knew of my sorority and told me about hers. 2. She insisted that I was not imposing when I asked to see a variety of merchandise, the sales person. 3. She made interesting recommendations, the sales person.
