The sales person wasn't that friendly, I did buy because my daughter is expecting those for Christmas but if it wasn't for it I wouldn't buy anything.

There was not a big selection of winter charms. I was looking for a winter themed charm and there was nothing I liked. I was happy with what I got but it wasn't what I originally wanted

I went looking for a few charms to add to my mother's bracelet. The sales associate was knowledgeable, however, the overall presentation of the gift wrap wax mediocre at best. For the amount I paid, I expected something a bit more neat and aesthetically pleasing. The gift wrap did not distinguish the difference between a regular purchase and one meant as a present.

I was having a problem with a bracelet, the charms would not come off easily. They said they could not exchange it. I had to buy a new one. Finally they agreed to exchange it but wanted to give me a different bracelet. In the end, I was given an exact replacement which is what I wanted.

There was a bit of a wait. The store was busy and we had to wait a little while but that was of no fault of the staff that was working that evening.

well for the price of $40.00 i would expect a charm a bit bigger than 1/2 inch but I got it anyway

My girlfriend purchased the silver reflexions bracelet for my birthday. The one she bought me was beautiful and silver, however, it was too small. We went to the Wayne location to exchange it for a larger size. The color difference is extremely noticeable. The associate at the store told us that it was darker because of the lighting in the store. I still feel like the bracelet isn't silver. Others have seen the bracelet and asked me what kind of finish the bracelet was because it had a yellowish look to it. I am planning on returning it to the Paramus location. Hopefully, they will have a better quality bracelet there.

The sales associate was not welcoming and had poor personal skills. This location also had very limited merchandise and one of the keys was broken and the jewelry case could not be opened.

The bracelet that my daughter picked out was out of stock in her size. I asked the sales person if it could be ordered and I was told no. I was very surprise by this response. If I go to your store to buy a specific item and the store is out, I expect to either be able to order it and have it shipped to my home or for the tell to tell me when the item is coming in. The sales person wasn't able to do either. Your a little behind the times in this aspect.
