The person who cleaned my bracelet did not do a great job. It seems like it just got wet but no changes in appearance. Otherwise, the experience was excellent.

The associate's wasn't friendly at first...I believe they didn't think I was going to buy anything until it look as if I was going to walk out the store

I am very upset at the quality of the hanging charms for the bracelet. I have two that broke. When I took one into the store to get repaired, the only response I got was they don’t fix charms unless it’s under warrenty and they don’t carry that anymore. That’s an unacceptable response. I should have been given another charm or store credit.

I always end up going on holidays and have to wait s least a half hour and then they didn’t have in stock what broke but over all satified

the ring that i wanted, there were no stores that carried the size i needed, and to have it delivered to the store would take a ridiculous long time.

It was an ok experience this time. However, my last visit was horrible. Maybe that's why I was not highly satisfied. I was trying to exchange my bracelet ( not used) I had the gift receipt. I only needed a smaller size. The women insisted on not exchanging it. The bracelet was purchased in October and I was exchanging in January. I told her I didn't mind paying to get it adjusted, but it was too big. She could really care less. Until I got nasty and told her I wasn't leaving until she exchanged it. She had it in stock. Was it so hard? I mean even had she been nice about it. But was rude from the beginning. I worked in retail for many years and as a supervisor. Customer service is top priority and just because I was making an exchange doesn't mean I should me treated differently. Willowbrook NJ staff is not very impressive. I can go on and on but what is the point. It was a disappointment; and I visit just because it's near and I like the brand.
