The Sales Associates at this store are always very helpful.

It was very busy took me 30 minutes or more to be waited on.

I was please with the service at the store. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. I was highly satisfied .

I guess I felt as though the sales associate was bothered by having to help me. She didn't give off a friendly, helpful vibe. I was there to make a purchase - I got a leather bracelet and three charms - and I didn't even feel good about it.

I wasn't done making purchased when the sale rwp jumped to another customer. So, I had to wait for another sales rep.

Very crowded store with few employees. They were nice and doing the best they can but I think more staff would be nice since I waited a long time just to buy 1 bracelet.

I went in for the Keith Haring collection. The store didn’t have the full collection and what they had was very limited in sizes. Why launch an incomplete collection? Disappointing. None of the near by stores had the ring in my size and I had to order online without trying it on. Not a good experience for a loyal customer.

The store was scheduled to open t 11am, the store didn't open until 1107am. As I waiting for the store to open, I could see 3 women moving about, no one was considerate enough to explain why there was a delay in opening or apologize.
