Two of my selections were not available in store. One selection was a defect in the product. I selected the letter ( L ) in a charm and the ( L ) was actually a backwards letter ( L ). The letter ( L ) was to be used to spell out the name ( Caylah ) within a necklace charm and it couldn't be used. The necklace charm size needed wasn't available in store. This would have been a birthday present for my Granddaughter. I had to choose and engraved bracelet charm for her instead. I was highly disappointed in the stores product availability. I give Pandora plenty of business.

When I walked in the girls were not friendly at all! I have a broken bracelet and they couldn’t find the info in the computer when my sales rep asked for help she did not receive it. The sales rep wasn’t familiar with the product and I WAS CHARGED FOR ENGRAVING!!!! That should be free at Pandora after a purchase!!!!

I first enter the store in hopes of getting my mother's bracelet cleaned. It was damaged in the flood this passed September 2021. I had just not had the chance to go and finally did. When I explained things to the lady that seemed to be the manager she asked for my email and proceeded to tell me that there's nothing she can do for me other than to sell me a new which was fine since it had already been passed the year. She seemed to have no desire of helping me. Didn't offer to have the charms cleaned. I then asked about religious charms to add to the bracelet and completely bypassed it. I walked away and came back an hour later and ended up being helped by a new employee whom had minimal knowledge, the manager very briefly and with attitude would answer any questions she had. The new employee was able to help me purchase a clip and a new warm, she was so nice and apologetic to me.

The employee was obnoxious, had a bad attitude. Answered my question with a “ isn’t it obvious” attitude. And when I finally made my choice of charm I wanted to buy, he didn’t ask if I wanted to wear the charm, he just assumed I did and went for my bracelet and then proceeded to tell me that my charm arrangement was wrong and they were “clashing” each other. I felt he wanted me to buy a more expensive charm and HE was dissatisfied that I didn’t. At the end of it all he didn’t give me a box or bag or a receipt, I just paid and I left. I’m never going back to that store

We had never been in the store before and were purchasing a gift for our twin daughters I needed to be guided through the whole process and the sales associates treated us like a number....next.

The sales representative was acting like i was bothering her. When i asked to be show a product and the price she responded mean that the price was on the item. When I move trough the store she stayed by the register wanting me to pay and not look at other items

Standing outside the store as there were apparently only 2 associates, therefore 2 customers allowed in at a time. I walked away twice. The covid precautions are over-kill.

Arrived to pandora store located in Wayne, NJ Willowbrook Mall, and the customer service was not satisfying. Asked about a mobile order and was told that they will not fulfilled any mobile orders and will let the system cancel the order. I cannot fathom why a customer isn’t allowed to place a mobile order and is then told that the order will not be handled or taken care of. Doesn’t help either that the store was completely under staff. I get the frustration, but i am angry and know I will never place any mobile order for pandora willowbrook mall.
