My sales associate 174725 was rude and neglected my wants. I was there to exchange a bracelet, that was bought too big. She neglected to find the exchange bracelet in the store, even though the manager said there was 2 I the store. I feel she did not look and/or did not want to look. She did this while standing in one place the entire time. The store was packed, since I stood online more than 10 minutes. But she did not show me trays or even ask me about my wants. I think she assumed, because of my gym clothes I was not there to spend money. Im not happy. I ended up spending $304.54 on Christmas gifts since I knew what I wanted. The sales associate wasn't personable at all. Maybe he had something else to do at the moment. I felt like I was disturbing him. I will never shop at this location again. This is not the 1st time I felt as if my visit to the store was an inconvenience for the sales associates. Yesterday confirmed that I despise this location.

I was very annoyed and felt discriminated against bcuz the associate asked me to put a Mask on. You don’t need one in any of the other stores . Also , they were out of my charm and the associate was just nonchalant about it. I had to ask if I could order it online ?? She said yes, but now I have to pay shipping . I also felt alittle rushed . Me BF and I have spent prob over $1000 there since last Xmas .: it wasn’t a great experience

They were impatient with me. This was my first time buying a bracelet from there and I could sense their frustration.

I was asked what I was looking for I wasnt sure but I gave the sales associate my thoughts She brought out some things but I felt like I couldnt look around and almost felt rushed almost like here is what you are looking for dont ask for anything else. I did purchase 3 charms but it was a disappointing shopping experience

Sales associate was inexperienced and was not fully knowledgeable about the product. Also I wanted to purchase a second item with my first time customer 10% discount and I was told I had to do so with an online purchase but the associate neglected to tell me their would be shipping charges.

Store rep assumed I was there to browse. I was in line and he had the audacity to asked me if I was there to "shop", yet he didn't asked anyone else in line. I guess he assumes "hispanics" only want to browse at Panorama.
