I brought my bracelets j. For a cleaning and during the cleaning 2 of my charms where damaged and nothing was done about it!

I went to the store looking for a charm, which was not in stock at that moment. Sales person wasn’t very helpful at showing me other options. I had to keep asking her to show me other charms and everything I asked for she would say they didn’t have it. The black sign at the door to keep customers out was right in the middle of the way and it was so hard to get it the store with a stroller and no one helped to move to he sign. I had to do it my self.

I had a lady behind me that wasn’t on her circle talking about how she just had COVID and the guy with her as well... and someone else was already on the square where they were suppose to be so they were right on top of me

Purchased a bracelet a few months back the clamp was a loose..I ask the clerk can it be fixed or can I get a new one she said now I also asked can I use my 10% coupon for a beanie first time purchase she said only online but the coupon did not indicate that

The sales associate was very obnoxious with me. Everytime I wanted to look at something else on a different case she rudely came out and said to me you don't have to go to any uther cases I have the same thing here, which is not true.

Too many ppl in the store ... and waited 35 mins to get an associate, is not acceptable... and the store wasn’t clean at all.

Store, location were great, however the associate was not much help. she seemed to only provided a small selection of items looking for. Felt rushed and NOT a valued customer.

The associate was not pleased to help me with with my exchange. You can tell. I went in to get a bracelet fixed. Her response was “we don’t fix jewelry here”. Even if that was the case , she could have offered to show me replacement options since my specific item was expired.

Attempted to purchase an item. While standing on line to enter the store my sister call to see if my item was in stock. The associate said they didn’t have any more with out looking for it and hung up the phone. Ultimately I stayed in line and the item was inface available.
