The sales associate told me the size bracelet I wanted wasn’t available and made me feel discouraged. Another salesperson overheard and said bracelet was available at another site.

Sales associate was rushing me as I was picking the item I wanted and proceeded to talk more with her coworkers. Then talk about the items

I will not recommend or visit the Pandora at Willabrook mall ever again. I will take my business to a different location where I will be viewed as a person

Sales associate would not let the card be used because I didn’t have it physically. I have purchased numerous of times and never had an issue without the physical card.

Because the sales girl didn't even look to see if they had the charm I wanted she just said know and didn't know if I was talking about a charm or bracelet
