I waited outside For about 20 minutes the only two customers inside, The mail associate that was helping me inside, was a very rude , robotic. He had no personality. It was my first time In the Pandora store I was looking for something to get for my daughter’s 16th birthday he pointed to two things and kept staring at me if I made my mind up I was very Uncomfortable he was no help at all and I was feeling rushed

The attitude not with a sales associate think she was the store manager. I asked question and she gave me attitude.I work retail a supervisor in Macys home department, I know how to treat my customer with loyalty. I do love Pandora and I am a big customer. I was not happy at all.

I wanted a specific ring but my size was not available, this is at NO FAULT TO THE ASSOCIATE. I dealt with 2 associates both lacked enthusiasm, or even real joy working at this store. Maybe it's their location, but maybe customer service seminars would be of great benefit.

I had to wait in line for an hour to get in the store. They saw one person at a time. Then the charm I asked for which was in the sale window they disappeared for 10 minutes only to say they didn’t have it.

It was 2 sales people inside and a manager. The manager was doing nothing and 4 sales people outside standing around. I waited 30 mins before i was asked a question. At least two more people could have been called into the store in that time. No one wanted to be serviced outside the store. I may have spent more if i was allowed in the store and the wait was not so long. 3 people in front of me in line. 4 people outside talking to each other.

I had a return with a gift receipt. i was told that it is pandora's policy to return the money to the credit card used for the purchase. i was amazed it was pandora's policy to notify a party that the gift they brought was not liked by the recipient. after escalating to a manager i was able to get them to give me a gift card however the gift card could only be used at that store! also a ridiculous policy. the store then did not have what i wanted even though the store 10 miles away did but i couldn't purchase from them. your policies are absurd and sure be reviewed. this was a terrible experience.

Associate wasn't too concerned or eager to help, he seemed to be annoyed to even be assisting. Upon selection of my jewelry the associate didn't clean or shine my items before giving them to me, just handed them to me and checked me out. With it being my first time purchasing a Pandora item, he did not make it very pleasant.

The entire staff was rude! We waited outside for an hour (understood under the circumstances) We were brought in the store and the associate told us to wait. Meanwhile the people behind us on line were helped and left the store and another person was brought in. I questioned why we were not yet being helped. The larger female associate rolled her eyes and called me rude to another customer while the other associate said, I am sure your associate will be with you soon. I explained I was brought in the store and just left there to wait another 10 minutes. Reluctantly the woman went to the back to check on the man that was supposed to be helping me. I understand the current pandemic but please don’t call me in your store to wait over 10 minutes while you take a break or do whatever you were doing yet those in line behind me are getting assisted. Most importantly don’t be rude when questioned. I will never step foot in the Willowbrook store!

Not satisfied because in January 2021 I was told that the cleaning machine was being repaired....to come back Mid February so I can clean my bracelet/charms. Due to Covid no cleaning is available. Pandora sells cleaning kits but it is NOT the same performance/quality as in store cleaning process. There must be a better solution to the problem/situation; something has to be done especially for the amount of money that a Pandora Shopper spends everytime at the store. If this is the case cleaning kits should be "Given To" Pandora shoppers, lets say for instance if they spend $150.00 or more.
