Sales rep Sandra G at the willow Brooke mall location had a condescending attitude and bad attitude during our purchase. We were not treated we can came in and waited patiently for help. After waiting and other customers left the store, we had to request help. We asked if they can help us size my girlfriends hand to know what size ring to get and was told no they do not offer this service. I did not even want to purchase from this location but I know my girlfriend really wanted to get this ring today. In fact we drove to this mall for the specific purpose of shopping at your store and left immediately after. Sandra did not represent this store and company well and would not recommend anyone to shop here

The buying experience was excellant as always. My issue is that you've been spaming me with the survey email. I'm getting one per minute for the last 45 minutes. I think I figureed out how to block Pandora email. Whoever designed the out bound contact process clearly sucks at their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday January 27 was my birthday , my husband and daughter took me to woolabrook mall. The first associate that took care of us I believe Stephany seems to be upset that we asked questions, I was so upset that I was about to leave but my husband convinced me not to, the second associate didn’t even had a name tag was so rude that even though I got a beautiful bracelet they ruined my first experience and ruined my birthday. To this whole situation the manager was to busy tracking numbers. The only person there a tall gentleman was the only one actually taking care of his client and making their experience unforgettable. I was sad he didn’t take care of me, I was so upset they ruined my special day that I even cry in my way home.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude .. there were associated standing around that looked up and did not greet. One finally helped. The manager looked at the charm from a distance and advised they only accept exchanges with gift receipts usually however the charm i had was discontinued. I asked to see the similar charms to the crown one i was trying to exchange and there that one was! She came to finally look at it and said THEN FINE EXCHANGE IT. I previously worked for a pandora location and we would NEVER be okay with this type of service. It was horrible and I have stated this on social media and advised friends and family to not go there as well.

This store is incredibly unorganized and customer service is clearly not a priority.When I went in there was a "sign in sheet" yet it looked like no one had looked at it in hours. After signing in I proceeded to wait for someone to help me or even acknowledge me and that did not happen for a good 10 minutes. As a matter of fact someone came in who appeared to be friendly with one of the associates as if he knew her outside of her place of work and she proceeded to carry on a full conversation with him despite me waiting to even be acknowledged. Staff in general seemed indifferent and like they had no desire to be there on a Sunday let alone actually work.

The sales associates was extremely nasty. The sales associate could not get one of the charm off of my bracelet and told me that I had to buy a new one. For the price for each charm, there should be no issue in removing it from the bracelet and the answer to the problem should bit be that I have to buy a new one to replace it.

I purchase three items on 12/22/2017 11:14 am at the Pandora store in Willowbrook mall Wayne, NJ. The sales person Christina R No.149589 ignored a question I asked her and I found it very rude of her to do such thing.It seem like shes was not very happy to do business with me.I was planning on purchasing more charms for my fiancee and sister, but I decided not too because of her unfriendliness.I think because of her rudeness and unfriendliness Pandora lost on a $500+ sale.
