The sale associate who helped me was very friendly and patient with me. She continued to assist me even after store hours trying to engrave a pendant for me. Despite technical issues with the engraving machine, she really tried her best to make it work and when it didn't work. The sales associate was kind enough to say she will honor the engraving for the other side of pendant during my next visit. She was even kind enough to write it in my receipt just in case i ran into any issues.
