The Sakes Person Shante immediately addressed us when we came into the store with a friendly warm welcoming demeanor. Shante was very knowledgeable of the merchandise bc I was not a fan of pandora. My husband wanted to buy me a bracelet with some Charms. And she helped us pick out a beautiful piece with the charm attachments. I left my tool piece that helps open the bracelet and she even called me to inform me that she found it because I dropped it. That is great customer service.
