They were fast, knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. They helped me fine find what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes.

The associate in the store was very helpful in product information. This was my first time in store and the associate was able to help me pick out something that my mom would like. I will definitely be back to continue shopping with them!

The sales person was so helpful and gave me tips on how to care for my bracelet. I lost 4 charms and really appreciated her tips on securing my bracelet. I had to purchase 2 clips and a safety chain!

Lee who I believe is one of the managers at the location was amazing I encountered her before on a previous transaction and was very happy that ironically she was able to assist me Again.

The earrings I bought my daughter for Christmas was damaged. I arrived at the store in Willowbrook and they had two lines outside of the store, one for purchases and one for refunds/ exchanges. It is a small store and they obviously are taking precautions to keep staff and customers safe. I even watched one of the sales associates clean off the counters with Clorox bleach wipes. Unfortunately I can’t say that is the same experience at other retail outlets. I was extremely satisfied with my exchange of the items I purchased from my daughter. I had to wait on a line but it moved and it just required a little bit of patience. The associate that was helping with refunds and exchanges was extremely professional and the speed of service was as quick as it could be.
