I have been to the store in Paramus several times and the sales associate was pleasant and willing to give recommendation to what you were looking for. My experience for the first time at the Willow brook store. First of all I am customer spending over $300.00 dollars. I asked the sales associate if everything was okay. She was not smiling and I think she got offended when I asked for 3 bags for each bracelet.
