Very good store, clean, Friendly staff. store was extra clean. The staff was knew their stuff on what they had in stock.

The line outside the store was VERRRRRRY LONG and I saw the little pop up and just didn’t want to stand on that long line. They had what I was looking for and made it very easy and convenient.

The people are very friendly. The store wasn't overcrowded so it felt comfortable shopping. Selection was great. I didn't have to wait to be seen.

The Manager and sales representative are very professional.

Mark who assisted me knew what to look for. And he also gave me options with many charms with the ones I was looking for. I hope the next time I go he is there. Thank you again Mark!

I went into the Pandora at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne and was approached by an associate by the name of Sandy, she was very friendly and her knowledge of the products was too notch. I ran into a small issue when she could not locate a specific charm I needed but she offered a different option to customize a charm which I agreed to since it did sound like a better deal. She helped me all the way through and even helped me pick out an additional charm for my girlfriend for our first baby which ofcourse she knew meant the world to me and she went above and beyond to help me.
