Christina was highly knowledge about the products. She provided excellent customer service. The other employees present were welcoming, friendly, and helpful as well. The store was clean and all employees demonstrated great COVID-19 safety practices.

We were welcomed within seconds of entering the store and were directed exactly to what we were looking for, with a variety of options to choose from. Bismark was very helpful by providing sizing advice; we also greatly appreciated that we weren't pressured into buying something outside of our budget, there are too many other places that do that!

Christina the general manager was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I am going back to the store with in the next week or so and hope to have her be my sales associate
