The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise she was selling to me. The store was very clean. The feel all around when you walked in was of high quality, which stuck out to me.

All products were readily available. Pandora rep was very pleasant and showed me a few options and mentioned the current in store specials available

The sales associate made my experience there wonderful, the customer service made all the difference. I’ve stopped going into stores because some on the associates were a bit rude and not helpful. I asked for the all 14k gold bracelet and she said pandora doesn’t carry anything thats real gold only gold plated which I knew was a lie so i just stopped going in but the past couple of times the associates are really wonderful!
