I am highly satisfied with my Pandora purchase and experience becuase of the friendliness of the staff as well as numerous other factors. I didn't catch their name but they helped me and my father out a lot during our experience in the store and assisted me with trying on jewerly and customizing/picking out my bracelet and the charms. The product is beautiful and I will definitely return in the future. I also greatly admired the fact that the staff was modeling the jewelry themselves to demostrate how the product looks on different people. My only complaint is that despite the one person being extremely welcoming and nice the other server there seemed a little put off and cold when I asked a question which put quite a damper on the atmosphere. Overall though, my experreince at Pandora was enjoyable and I will not only recommend the store and products to my friends and family but I will also return to get more items soon. I hope to see the friendly salesperson there when I return! :)

A stone fell out of my ring and I needed to replace it but I didn't have my receipt. The shop associate was able to look up my purchase and replace my ring on the spot!

Associate was very knowledgeable of all merchandise. Very patient and helpful. Made suggestions that were very helpful with me making decisions for my purchase.
