My experience at the Pandora store was very pleasant. Due to COVID everything is organized very professional. Staff at the store, customer services is very welcoming.

The associate was polite and very accommodating. Her service to the client was outstanding.

I love shopping at pandora, I always either by rings or more charms for my bracelet. Whenever I go to pandora I always get Emily as my sales associate and I am always extremely satisfied with my experience there. Emily is always friendly and knows how to keep a conversation going. Emily also recommends some rings for me to pick out or gives me an idea for my charm bracelet. I will definitely return.

Costumer service is excellent and Pandora has really lovely charms that I’m in love with, always I feel comfortable to come back and shopping.

Kimberly G 205859 was helpful, understanding and took care of the situation right away. When I told her about the ring stone came out she said not a problem we can swap it. I also asked if you can check for 2 charms as well. Kimberly did and came out with the 3 items. I am very happy she was the one who assistant me. Thank you again Kimberly! 🙏🏼🧿

The sales associate was extremely attentive and helpful as soon as I got to the store. She showed me many options of charms and bracelets. She was very knowledge and patient. I appreciated her help.
