Had a issue with a piece of jewelry, brought it to the store & got it exchanged with ZERO problems! It was a very nice surprise!

I then wanted to start a charm bracelet and she totally helped me out. Emily was kind and very friendly. I am very satisfied with my visit and will definitely return.
