Our rep Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us in and out of the store with our purchase. Due to the pandemic I understand that there are rules to follow therefore made it hard to move around.

Mark was very helpful with exchanging my damaged bracelet. It was weird because it started to melt when I was charging my phone and I realized because I had smelled smoke and looked and it was the bracelet. But great help no problems at all whatsoever
