The young woman who helped us with our purchase was very patient and helpful. It was nice that after waiting in a long line (that did move very fast considering how busy it was), we were greeted and treated exceptionally well. Great and helpful staff!

I was happy with your process, but the person in charge of the line was a little aggressive. Once you got near the front of the line the associates were very nice. We were online to buy a charm in a jewelry store the person in charge of the line treated us all like we were in prison camp. Just wasn’t necessary to try to Flex Your Muscle to keep a bunch of teens, moms and boyfriends in line! No one was being impatient or rude.. she was just on some type of power trip. So unnecessary But I let it slide because I had a great experience once I got near the front.. the lady came out, helped me very quickly and was very pleasant..

Even though it was Christmas Eve and the lines were really long the associates were so efficient. They came out to the customers while waiting to see what they wanted. I didn’t know what I wanted but the associate had options waiting by the time I got in the store. I was out in three minutes.

The process of purchase was good given the Covid restrictions. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would have been nice to browse in the store because on-line one dimensional shopping does not help in selections.

Assistants were amazing helped me a lot , the attitude was nice , polite and very helpful at all times . Excellent sense of humor . I really like them felt super comfortable

While there was a fairly large line outside the store it moved pretty briskly. the staff at the Willowbrook Mall Wayne was very helpful. while there items i wanted to purchase that were not in stock i was still able to find items i wished to purchase
