I was looking for the Harry Potter charms for my daughter. I was greeted and helped right away. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I ended up purchasing 4 extra charms. The store is clean, they disinfect all jewelry after its tried on and only allowed 2 groups of customers at a time. Although I was given a pandora bracelet as a gift, this was my 1st time purchasing for someone else and will continue to do so. Beautiful jewelry! Very satisfied!

Our visit was meet with a friendly, timely and professional customer service. The wait time was not long and the item we wanted was available. We also went to the pop up stand to have a previous ring cleaned. Also wonderful service!
