Sales associate and Manager were very helpful. My bracelet had broke and they replaced it. They also gave me important information on how to keep my jewelry clean.

The Sales associate, Alina was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She was patience with my return and gave guidance about my bracelet, suggesting a larger size and it is now perfect! The Manager on duty at the time, was pleasant regarding my question of exchanging a few charms purchased online from another Pandora store.

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone had on masks and made sure social distancing was enforced. Took only ten minutes to go in find what I wanted and purchased

Mark was the salesperson at the Pandora Store at Willowbrook Mall. He assisted in my exchange of ring sizes and assisted in giving me advice on which rings fit better. Overall, my experience with Mark was great! Our 15 minute interaction had me convinced in buying four additional rings! I was totally in love with the rings he showed me, super persuasive salesperson! ;) He bonded with me over our close birthdays in March and how similar our personalities were. He made me laugh and I enjoyed shopping with him. Thanks Mark :)

Manger was highly professional . I was treated with respect and he took time out for me and I felt like a valuable customer.

I went early because of the holiday shoppers and was amazed all over again. The associates take their time with you and recommend the best products to suit what you were looking for.

Marta was great! She was super knowledge and knew exactly how to pair everything together and was extremely patient regardless of how busy it was. She made us feel the wait was worth it to get in and we were super happy we came in versus online. We came in looking for two rings and walked out with 2 new bracelets and rings. She was awesome!
