I went in to pandora without an idea of what i was looking for. The sales lady that helped me out was very patient and kind and a lot of help. She showed me the different bracelet options and charms and even the deals. I left out with a bracelet, an anniversary charm (it was my 2nd year wedding anniversary that day) and a safety chain.
