Hector was amazing. This was my first time visiting a Pandora store. He made sure I know of all the options I had. He gave advice for my next purchase. Thanks to Hector Pandora has a new customer. I think this world needs more people like Hector!

All the sales associates were kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get the right look for my bracket. Megan was the Disney expect on staff. She is a wonderful associate and should be given an incentive for her fine work. Will definitely be back. The social distancing was excellent and the were certain to sanitize anything I touched.

The woman that helped me was very nice and helpful. I knew what I wanted and she was able to show me it within a timely manner. Checkout was nice and speedy.

Sales associate was extremely helpful in finding a charm I was looking for. She helped me exchange a bangle that was broken and covered under warranty. She also, took her time and listened to what I was looking for and she sold me 2 charms that she had suggested to me. Very happy with her help.
