The staff was very helpful. Emily was very nice and understanding. The store was cautious of corona. The prices wasn’t too high. The store was very clean and smelled amazing. I would shop here again very soon

Never really have any issues coming into this location. But mark is always so cheerful and friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and gives great input.

It was such a quick and easy transaction. Even though we’re going through this COVID period they were very welcoming and clean regardless of the new regulations. They didn’t rush me out so they can have other people come in. I appreciate it!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable The wait was minimal. The products were what I expected. One problem I have is with a bracelet charm. I received a round silver charm with blue stones. My daughter gave it to me. Somehow it fell off of the bracelet. I went and purchased it again and again it fell off. I was told it was probably a problem with the latch. My daughter spent $60 and I spent $60 but the charm opened up twice. When I inquired about it in the store I was told basically nothing could be done. Not even a coupon for another purchase. I was not happy with that and will not be replacing that specific charm. I think maybe a warning should go out with it since it’s a problem with the latch and not my fault.
