I was immediately taken care of upon entrance. Demeanor of the sales associate was wonderful and inviting. Explained everything in terms of warranty and was quick and efficient.

Hector, the store manager was such a great help! I am very indecisive and he was so patient with me and actually recommended a few charms I LOVE and ultimately bought. I wouldn’t have found them without him. Hector really made our experience a happy one and we are looking forward to buying more from Hectors Pandora! The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks.

I Just would Like to say that Mark at the Willowbrook location was an absolute doll. He helped me and my mom find everything we were looking for, as well as helped us with our exchanges. His quick friendly service was amazing wish all your associates were like this and I usually don't go to willowbrook location because I feel they're not approachable Mark def. changed my mind and will go back. You should have this guy training his customer service is suburb.
