Very friendly and took the time to get to know me as a person, not only a customer. Sam shared her bracelet stories, and took the time to help me start my daughters' story withought judgement. She also informed me of some lines I was unaware of, without pushing for a sale.

Best to purchase in store for the great quality and customer service. Some stuff online can be deceiving. Always friendly staff.
