Pandora Jewelry

The associate addending me was very kind and excited to help me build my new bracelet. I was coming in to start a new mom bracelet, this is my first baby and she was very kind and excited for me. She showed me all the the baby charms available to me.

The store was busy but you could tell all of the employees were working hard to help everyone in there. Once it was my turn it was easy to pick out what i wanted.

The whole experience was great. The Pandora store I visited was beautiful, clean, bright and luxurious-feeling. The sales associates greeted me with a smile and welcome, and immediately asked if they could help. The woman who helped me was wonderful, she offered her opinion on what would work best for me, and explained to me how the charm bracelet that I was purchasing worked. The jewelry itself is beautiful, I love every piece I’ve ever purchase from Pandora. Overall it was a great experience, as it always is, and I will continue to be a life long customer :)

I called the store prior to coming and the associates were kind enough to help me over the phone and then again in the store. I even purchased things I didn’t even know I wanted!

I struggle speaking English and there were plenty of associates that were friendly and eager to help me in Spanish.

Sales associate was very patient and took out every piece of jewelry for my mom. Very sweet associate and she shared several collections with us. Great store at the Park Mall

The CSR tried to resolve my issue in the best way she could. Although there was no resolution, she did a great job nonetheless.
