The shopping experience was amazing. The sales associate, Corrinna, was very helpful. I was looking for a specific charm for my daughters birthday. Corrinna was very familiar with the merchandise and found the correct charm for me to purchase.

Short wait to enter

There was a large selection for gifts to give for several different occasions. I didn’t know what to get and an associate helped me.

I was welcomed by their friendly staff as soon as I stepped into the store. I had someone helping me within seconds. I had an idea of what I wanted it to get for my fiancee, so the young lady suggested a couple of options and I decided on one of them. It was a really easy buying decision and a fun experience to me.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. My daughter and I came in to look at charms that would represent our dog that had recently passed away. The sales associate, Annalise, was pleasant, compassionate and very knowledgeable about the charms. She was extremely helpful!

Our sales person was very helpful and friendly. There were a lot of options to choose from. The price on the item we chose was reasonable.

Everytime I go in I'm always greeted. Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable about their product. They always have new stuff and Love their bracelets and necklaces.

It was easy to get what I wanted even though the store was very busy. The employees were working hard to make sure everyone got their mother’s day gifts.
