The professional and knowledgeable staff was incredible! The general manager at this location (Rhonda V.) was extremely knowledgeable. This was vastly important to me, due to the fact that I have no knowledge when it comes to jewelry. This is definitely my new go to jewelry store for any future purchases!

I have purchased plenty of jewelry at Pandora and was ready for my first bracelet. The sales associate was friendly and patient with me as I selected my charms and which bracelet I wanted. She offered recommendations and made the process fun and easy.

Everything was neatly organized inside the store. Corinna new a lot of information on the product. The rest of the associates were friendly and even complemented what I picked out.

Samantha at the Park Place Mall location was amazing! Super sweet and attentive! She took great care of us and helped me pick a beautiful charm for my mom! Couldn’t have asked for more.

We went in for dither’s day charms and the associate knew which ones were mother/grandmother and found different options when we didn’t see what we wanted.
